Measurement check and drawing updates
Before delivery and installation, actual site dimensions are checked. When needed, additional drawings are prepared or updated to support design, construction and installation work.
Meeting with contractors

Product delivery and installation

Service ID is the key to product information
Service IDs attached to equipment make it possible to identify the product brand, model and type, original serial number, production time, installation time, warranty duration, and the maintenance and repair history.
The equipment register information is always placed in a clearly visible part of the unit so product information can be found as easily as possible. This helps provide precise and fast service. The register is continuously maintained and updated, and product information in the maintenance register is retained for 10 years.
Our information system records the technical report and the cost of each completed maintenance procedure. The maintenance history and costs of specific equipment can be easily retrieved, for example as base information for an annual review meeting.
