The floor model Metos MVS45 LX FRONT BAR vacuum machine has a stainless-steel structure, an operating panel designed with top chefs. By considering the needs of professional users during manufacturing, a control panel was created with up to 10 custom programs that can be adjusted by the user. The display also warns when the oil needs to be changed.

A state-of-the-art electronic sensor that processes data directly from the disk detects the level of vacuum inside the chamber. In addition, the vacuum machine can be calibrated to correct all air pressure fluctuations at different heights. The vacuum machine has a safety system that prevents overheating of the sealing bar.
