Moulds portion size 20 grams, size of rice piece 26x53x22 mm, size depends on the rice and the temperature. The portion size fits perfectly for grocery store sushi, takeaway sushi and for a sushi conveyor belt, as you eat and mingle at the same time, making smaller sushi pieces easier to eat
