iKitchen tilting induction bratt pan, 200 L

The iKitchen IKIT-13P-200 is a 200-litre tilting induction bratt pan for professional kitchens, catering and food production. Its rectangular vessel supports frying, braising, boiling and sauce preparation.

An 18 mm multilayer base distributes heat across the pan. Temperature sensors control the cooking process. Motorized tilting through 90° assists discharge, and an integrated swivel tap enables water filling.
