The Metos Memo PFEN044 DG BAKE is an efficient and reliable combination oven. A clear operating panel and easy-to-select functions combined with easy cleaning of the oven surfaces make the oven easy to use and clean.

The Metos Memo PFEN044 DG BAKE has 4 pairs of guide rails with interval of 90 mm. The outlets can be used with 600x400 mm baking trays. The air guide plate designed for bakery products guarantees perfect baking results even for more delicate bakery products. The heating functions are adjustable - manual cooking with three cooking modes: convection from 30°C to 260°C, steam from 30°C to 130°C, combined from 30°C to 260°C. Autoclima® - System that automatically manages the perfect climate in the cooking chamber. It's possible to program and save a recipe with its procedures in an automatic sequence (up to 15 cycles) giving each program its own name, picture and information on the recipe.

The Metos Memo PFEN044 DG BAKE has a cooking chamber in 1 mm thick 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel with long, fully rounded edges for best air flow and easier cleaning. Under-door drip tray collects condensation and convey it directly to the drain, even with the door open. Oven has an automatic LCS (Liquid Clean System) washing system with built-in tank and automatic dosing. In addition seven automatic washing programs, without the need for an operator to be present after start-up. An external wash shower is available as an accessory.

The double-glazed, left-handed door is equipped with heat-reflecting slotted glasses that, together with the air gap between the glasses, reduce heat radiation while retaining heat inside the unit, avoiding unnecessary energy loss.
