Excellent heat transfer gives first class browning and crispiness for food items. Ne side for magnicifent grill marks, another side for real, crispy pizza in 2-5 minutes (like with hearthstone oven)
-items can be put on cold tray (when baking pizza, preheat tray to ensure sufficient heat reserve for short time baking)
-dishwasher proof special enamelled surface, inner material special aluminum alloy
