Cleaning powder for espresso machine Metos Urnex Cafiza

For cleaning espresso machines, both commercial and household models. Urnex Cafiza cleaning powder is very soluble in water and effectively cleans all espresso parts, it effectively removes coffee residues from the filter and valves.

Directions for use:

• place blind filter in portafilter and add 1/2 teaspoon of Cafiza® powder (about 3gr)

• turn on the espresso machine and brew for 10 seconds and then stop for 10 seconds, repeat this five times

• remove the portafilter and rinse it with water from the gruppo

• set the portafilter into the gruppo and repeat the rinse without Cafiza® powder five times

• make a cup of espresso to make sure there are no detergent residues
