Robust shelving for the DRY AGER® DX 500® – For storage or display of meat cuts or sausages. Can be individually inserted at different heights in the DRY AGER® DX 500®.
The ideal accessory for sale or display of produce, or for the storage of pre- Dry Aged Beef. The shelf can also be used to hang sausages from underneath.
Maximum 5 shelves per fridge arranged at different heights. Max. load per shelf 20 kg.
