The amazing Metos EC Round hot plate is a brilliantly versatile hot drop-in unit, offering unbeatable flexibility in the serving line.
The construction comes with a 12 mm aluminium seamless top which is covered with a stainless-steel top, and the drop-in unit style can be upgraded with glass tops. It can go from +20°C to +140°C (at an ambient temperature of +24°C), so you can serve hot food during lunch and dinner, in no time. Just make sure you have enough air flow for the installed unit and you're all set!
