Drop-In Cold plate Metos EC GN4 with Stainless Steel top

The amazing Metos EC GN4 cold plate is a brilliantly versatile cold GN4/1 drop-in unit, offering unbeatable possibilities for food serving.

The construction comes with a 12 mm aluminium seamless top which is covered with a stainless-steel top, and the drop-in unit style can be upgraded with Dekton or Ceran glass tops. It can go from -5°C to +15°C (at an ambient temperature of +24°C). Just make sure you have enough air flow for the installed unit and you're all set! The cut-out size needs to be 1335x540 mm when installed on a wooden or stainless-steel counter. The cut-out size needs to be 1339x544 mm when installed on a Dekton or stone counter.
