Drop-In Cold plate Metos EC GN1 with Dekton Zenith top plate

The amazing Metos EC GN1 cold plate with Dekton ceramic top plate Zenith is a brilliantly versatile cold GN1/1 drop-in unit, offering unbeatable possibilities for food serving.

The construction comes with a 12 mm aluminium seamless top which is covered with a stainless-steel top and the drop-in unit style has been upgraded with Dekton Zenith ceramic top. It can go from -5°C to +15°C (at an ambient temperature of +24°C), so you can serve chilled food, like in no time.

Just make sure you have enough air flow for the installed unit and you're all set! The cut-out size needs to be 340x540 mm when installed on a wooden or stainless-steel counter. The cut-out size needs to be 344x544 mm when installed on a Dekton or stone counter.
