Full description
Combi Plate Metos Stay Hot Stay Chill JH 700 round combined cold/hot Ø480 drop-in plate for a flexible serving line. Flexible temperature area -5 °C - +140 °C for serving different kinds of products (+22°C ambient temperature). Temperature area can transform itself in approximately 10 minutes from cold to warm and in 30 minutes from warm to cold. The top material is 9,5 mm CNS aluminium.
